New Baby Card With Heart
This is a special card which celebrates the birth of a new baby girl. It has a pink and white gingham fabric heart with a white baby grow applique, with 4 small buttons, plain white satin narrow ribbon and a pink narrow ribbon with “it’s a girl” greeting.

This card to celebrate the birth of a new baby girl is made using white base card and envelope. The size of the card and envelope is approximately 6″x 6″. The base card has been covered in a delicate pink and white striped card, a pink and white fabric gingham heart with a white fabric baby grow applique with four small white buttons. I have attached two ribbons one plain white and the other pale pink with “it’s a girl” greeting. In the bottom right hand corner I have attached a gold die cut greeting which reads Welcome Little One.
The card is blank inside so you can write your own special message to welcome this precious baby girl into the world.
The card will be packed in a cellophane bag and then in a board backed envelope.

My Story
I retired from the NHS at the end of 2011 and I spent the following 18 months with my Mom. I cared for her during her last few months and sadly she died in August 2013. I found my crafting helped me to cope with the stress and anxiety that followed.
