Every Mightie Maker proudly stands by the Mightie Promise – our friendly returns policy that gives you peace of mind when shopping handmade with heart.
We want you to be totally in love with your purchase – and if you’re not, don’t worry! We’ve got your back.
Here’s how it works:

- You’ve got 14 days from receiving your order to let your Mightie Maker know if something’s not quite right.
- Sale or full-price items? Yep, both are covered by the Mightie Promise.
- Whether it’s a swap or a refund, we’ll sort it together. Just pop a message via the Contact Mightie Button on the product page of the shop you ordered from.
- Please include your order details and date to help your Mightie help you quicker!
- You’ll be told where to send your item if returning it. Unless the item is faulty, return postage is your responsibility.
- Once the item is back and checked over, your Mightie will email you to confirm.

- Refund? You’ll see it back in your account within 5-10 days depending on your bank.
- Exchange? Your replacement will be lovingly created and sent out to you.
- Repair needed? No worries – we’ll let you know how long it’ll take.

Non Refundable Items:

- Custom or personalised items (made especially for you!) can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty – because they’re one-of-a-kind.
- Earrings and other intimate items (like hair accessories or underwear) aren’t returnable for hygiene reasons – even if you never wore them.
- Perishable items like food, drinks or anything edible can’t be returned, even if unopened – this keeps everyone safe and happy.
- Digital products are non-refundable once the file has been accessed – they land to your inbox.
