I have hand embroidered this cute red squirrel using cotton embroidery threads. And then made it into a hanging decoration.

I have hand embroidered this cute red squirrel using cotton embroidery threads.
I have then ironed double faced interfacing to the back of the squirrel and cut it out. I then ironed it onto felt and cut another piece of felt out.
I’ve then stitched the two pieces of felt together, attached some Liberty spaghetti ribbon, and stuffed it with toy stuffing.
It measures 7 by 6 by 3 cm, and the ribbon hanging length is 10 cm long.
A great addition to your Autumn decor, and a great gift idea.

My Story
I became chronically ill 17 years ago and 11 years ago I had to give up the job that I loved due to chronic illnesses.
With lots of hours to fill and not able then to do much physically I turned to crafting.
Over the years I've dabbled in many crafts, but embroidery especially has become my passion.
I also like to decoupage and hand decorate items and I also dabble in a little felting!
Crafting is literally my therapy!
I love creating beautiful things to sell and hopefully bring some joy to others too!
I live with chronic pain and fatigue, and numerous other symptoms due to Fibromyalgia and Degenerative Disc Disease. I also have Urticarial Vasculitus, Hypothyroidism and Depression.
