Mindfulness Birds – each individually made by hand, while embracing a slow “Here and Now” mindful practice. Imbued with hope, with the intention to help achieve the feeling of soothing comfort and encourage self-love.

Every bird differs greatly in imperfections, messages, texture, and size, and yet they are from the same flock of birds, and each has its own imperfect uniqueness.

These birds are not just a “pretty” object to display. They are to be held and handled.

They can be used as an aide to achieve a grounding feeling and/or as a paperweight.

The semicolon sign engraved on these birds is a continuity symbol in mental wellness.

The packaging may come in different colours or materials. But it will be only natural, recyclable/recycled ‘green’ materials which are beautiful to look at and lovely to touch.

Every bird is lovingly created by hand, using potter’s clay and finished with a pottery glaze and fired twice in the kiln at a temperature of 1100°C, making the bird water and wash proof.
