I have designed, hand drawn, coloured, embroidered and appliquéd this piece myself.
It features the sun, a rainbow, raindrops, puddles, an umbrella and a pair of wellies.It has also been embellished with tiny beads
Wadding has been put into the wellies and umbrella to create a 3d effect.
It has the quote ‘When life throws you a rainy day, play in the puddles!’ Pooh bear.
It measures 24 by 18 by 3 cm, and the hanging length is 30cm. You can adjust the length by tying a knot in the top of the string.
A one of a kind, unique piece that would suit a child’s room, nursery or playroom .

My Story
I became chronically ill 18 years ago and 12 years ago I had to give up the job that I loved due to chronic illnesses.
With lots of hours to fill and not able then to do much physically I turned to crafting.
Over the years I've dabbled in many crafts, but embroidery especially has become my passion.
I also like to decoupage and hand decorate items and I also dabble in a little felting!
Crafting is literally my therapy!
I love creating beautiful things to sell and hopefully bring some joy to others too!
I live with chronic pain and fatigue, and numerous other symptoms due to Fibromyalgia and Degenerative Disc Disease. I also have Urticarial Vasculitus, High Blood Pressure, Hypothyroidism and Depression.
