I have experience chronic illnesses since 2014 (fibromyalgia), then came the clinical diagnosis of mental health and other physical health conditions; PMOS (PCOS), Asthma and the latest one a progressive auto-immune disease called PBC (primary biliary cholangitis).
All of which leave me Fatigued, Brain fogged and in pain (plus more…) but one way I like to ‘beat’ them is by creating ….
