For many years, my life has been shaped by ongoing health challenges and undiagnosed ADHD. I spent a long time searching for answers and learning how to live in a body that did not always cooperate.

During this time, I began creating small, comforting moments for myself. Making things with my hands, slowing down, and focusing on sensory care helped me feel more grounded when my health felt uncertain. What began as a personal way of coping gradually grew into something more.

The Witch’s Hearth was born from that need for comfort and creative care. As both my health journey and the business evolved, it became clear that the focus was less on ritual and more on inward care and everyday gentleness. That shift led to The Inner Hearth, a space centred on comfort, reflection, and self care that fits real life. Building this business continues to support me alongside my health journey, and I hope it offers the same quiet reassurance to others.
