Petite 6mm Beaded Bracelet with Sterling Silver Snowflake, Hanger bead and Spacer Beads

I was already in a wheelchair suffering the ravages of Rheumatoid Arthritis when I began creating my hand made, hand painted and hand sewn craft/gift ideas.  I later developed breast cancer and began that journey.  After my mastectomy, and to give back, I began fundraising for my local hospital and in later stints decided to do this for CRUK to help combat breast cancer and other cancers, since one of their breakthroughs saved my life. 

Before Covid, I went out and about to craft fairs, despite being a wheelchair user, with the help of my husband and friends.  During Covid, and since I already had an online presence with my writing page and blog, I started a Facebook page selling my wares using my existing JustGiving page to add the proceeds to as before.  Some things can be fiddly and I need help, other things I manage fine, but it helps to maintain the range of movement I have and helps spread awareness and raise those vital funds, and that makes it all worthwhile given just one of many shocking statistics still today: Every ten minutes a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer. and so I am here trying my best to help beat cancer.  And one day, we will beat all cancers.
