•These can have ANY message on. Please let me know in the personalisation box what you would like. Shorter messages will be in the script font, longer messages will be in the type writer style font, unless you state otherwise.

•Choose the amount of name hearts you would like, to best represent the couple or family, from the drop down menu. Then type in the personalisation box, what names you would like, please take care to check for typos when you enter this information.

•Add a special date to the bottom curve of the Ampersand for no extra cost. Just let me know the date you would like in the personalisation box. – PLEASE NOTE: I copy and paste the date from your order, so if you would like ‘Established in 2023’ please type it this way, if you just put ‘2023’, that is what will go on the sign. Also the layout of the date will be how you type it, whether you would like it fully typed (date, month, year) or just in numbers, it will appear as you type it.

•All my pieces are made to order, so I can match any colour scheme. The usual colour schemes are Grey, Light Grey, Black Or White for the Ampersand colour. If you would like a different colour scheme please click the ‘Other’ option from the drop down menu and let me know the colours you would like in the personalisation box.

•The Ampersand is 20cms (8 inches) tall and 18mm (0.7 inches) thick, hand painted MDF wood. The ‘stitching’ detail around the edges of the & Sign and hearts, is added by hand, and can be in white, silver or gold.

• Under the names there are sparkly hearts to complete the look – You can have paw prints or angel wings in cut vinyl, instead of the sparkly hearts if you would prefer. Please let me know in the personalisation box if you would like this.

• The name hearts are either 5cms or 6cms across, depending on how many names you choose.

•High quality permanent vinyl is used for the personalisation which will last well over time if looked after.

•Add a gift box to your order for an additional £5 to truly complete your gift.  Select this in the drop down menu if wanted.

POSTAGE:

The Free UK Postage is Royal Mail tracked 48, which usually takes 2-4 working days.

If you are not in when your postie tries to deliver, they will leave a red card for you to collect from your local sorting office, OR you can re-arrange redelivery online for a day more convenient for you. Please make sure you collect your item within 14 days otherwise it will get sent back to me and you will have to pay a redelivery charge.

☆Please note that at peak times, postage can sometimes take longer than the postal carriers stated times, I wish I had some control over this but unfortunately I don’t. Feel free to message me if it doesn’t arrive in the expected window.☆

Please make sure that you check your order upon delivery for any damage that may have occurred during postage. This rarely happens, but it must be claimed within 14 days of receipt of your item.
