Sometimes the best ideas come from customers.

These Handmade Tactile Beaded Loom Hooks were inspired by a customer who asked whether I could create a crochet-style beaded handle for a loom hook. That simple question led me to learn how to hand-shape the metal hooks themselves and create something that feels just as lovely to use as it looks.

Each loom hook features six handmade polymer clay beads that are securely fixed in place. While they don’t spin, they add beautiful texture and tactile interest, making every crafting session a little more enjoyable. The comfortable grip, cheerful colours and sensory details make these hooks perfect for anyone who enjoys colourful, mindful crafting.

Design and Materials

Each loom hook is made using a hand-shaped metal hook and six individually handmade polymer clay beads, carefully assembled to create a lightweight, comfortable crafting tool.
