Hand-Painted Heart Shaped Canvas – Acrylic Paint Home Decor

Hi I am Ann Ross I am a mother and a grandmother.  I love to craft and in the past 18mths have found a love for art too. Im a bit of a butterfly as I flit between crafts so there's always lots of variety. I also like "rescue" items and incorporate in my craft with a bit of upcoming and a touch of my art or creative flair. Im always trying something new. I've suffered with a number of health issues over the past 15years in particular. I have had severe PTSD and received a lot of mental health support over the years which has me in a good place. This has been a combination of CBT, NLP, and somatic healing. I was bitten by an insect about 15 years ago and became very ill afterwards in the days before it was more widely known about. It's now thought to have been a tick this has left me with a rare autoimmune condition Reactive Arthritis then almost 6 years ago at the start of the pandemic I developed arythmias I was diagonosed with Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation I've been waiting almost 6 years to see a cardiologist in that time I've developed Hypertension and another rare autoimmune condition Mesenteric panniculitis. I have very poor mobility and am housebound a lot. For a long time I was very "lost" and my mental health was quite poor. However I discovered a love of craft and art found my communities and in the last 18mths have really found me. Everything in my life revolves around kindness.
