For hygiene reasons, earrings are sealed in a packet and cannot be returned if the seal is broken. However, damaged items in their sealed packaging may be eligible for return.

Please do not sleep with your earrings in-situ.  Remove before bathing, showering or swimming and avoid contact with perfumes and other harsh chemicals as these may damage your earrings.  When not in use, store your jewellery away from strong/harsh light and where possible in the Organza bag provided.

Please note that Sterling Silver and any plated material (including the plated beads in these earrings) will tarnish over time.  You can slow down this process and reduce tarnishing by cleaning your jewellery regularly with a soft jewellery cloth, and following the storage instructions above.
