For years, my health challenges and undiagnosed ADHD left me feeling disconnected—from my body, my energy, and the world around me. I spent so long chasing balance that I forgot what it felt like to simply be.

Everything began to shift when I embraced witchcraft and magick. I started honouring the cycles of nature, listening to my intuition, and creating small rituals that helped me feel grounded and whole again. The more I connected with the rhythm of the earth and my own energy, the more my health and spirit began to heal.
